With over two decades of combined experience in military and civilian emergency services, Joshua has dedicated his life to equipping others with the knowledge and skills to save lives in critical situations.
Joshua served three combat tours in Iraq as a Fleet Marine Force (FMF) Hospital Corpsman, embedded with USMC infantry companies throughout the Al Anbar Province. On February 10, 2006, during a combat patrol, he demonstrated extraordinary heroism under enemy fire, rescuing and providing medical aid to wounded Marines and an interpreter. Following his distinguished military career, Joshua transitioned to civilian emergency services, applying his real-world expertise to train individuals, teams, and organizations. He recognized a critical need for practical, scenario-based training that goes beyond theoretical instruction, tailoring programs to meet the unique challenges faced by first responders, businesses, and communities.
At Triage Training Group, Joshua combines his decorated service background and hands-on approach to deliver training that is both impactful and actionable. His mission is to ensure every participant leaves with the confidence and capability to respond effectively to emergencies.
