Our team includes veterans like Joshua Chiarini, a Fleet Marine Force Hospital Corpsman who served three combat tours in Iraq alongside USMC infantry companies in the Al Anbar Province. His firsthand experience in high-pressure situations underscores our commitment to realistic and actionable training.

Alan Garcia, our Lead Instructor and Coordinator, brings 20 years of expertise from his roles as a Sergeant in the 82nd Airborne Division of the United States Army and as an active-duty police officer. His leadership and tactical knowledge help shape the high standards of every course we offer.

Joining them is Jonathan Francis, a Marine Corps veteran and firefighter who served with Chiarini during his combat tours. Having faced numerous gun battles and IED attacks, Francis brings a unique perspective to emergency preparedness and tactical response.
