Jonathan Francis is an Instructor at Triage Training Group, bringing valuable real-world experience from both his military and civilian service. A former Marine Corps rifleman, Jonathan served alongside Joshua Chiarini during combat tours in Iraq, where he faced numerous high-pressure situations, including intense gun battles and IED attacks. His firsthand knowledge of tactical operations and emergency response forms the foundation of his expertise.
After completing his military service, Jonathan transitioned to a career in firefighting, where he continues to serve as a full-time firefighter. This role has further deepened his understanding of crisis management, teamwork, and quick decision-making under stress, qualities he brings to his training sessions.
At Triage Training Group, Jonathan plays a key role in delivering hands-on, scenario-based training that equips participants with the skills needed to respond effectively in emergencies. His combined experience as a Marine and a firefighter provides a unique perspective, ensuring that every course he leads is grounded in practical, real-world application.
